Module 1
Our World: Freshwater Biomes
This course is part of a series introducing the concept of biomes and discusses the world’s freshwater biomes. Freshwater biomes include lakes and ponds, rivers and streams, and wetlands. Users will learn about each of these biomes, as well as the benefits of wetlands.
Module 2
Our World: Marine Biomes
This course discusses the world’s marine biomes and is part of a series introducing the concept of biomes. Marine biomes include oceans, coral reefs, and estuaries. Users will learn about each type of marine biome, and about some threats to the biomes, including pollution.
